It has now become an annual event to get together with our friends eat and decorate cookies as well as exchange gifts for the kids. The kids love it and wind up eating cookies for dinner. Everyone had fun, even the adults as Ms. Lisa won for the second year in the adult cookie decorating contest. I came in second again this year :(

Happy Birthday!
Caroline turned 2 on 12/20. Hard to believe she is only 2. I feel like she has always been here, what did I do with only two kids before her?????? She wanted chocolate cake and could care about anything else. Mom and Dad got her a baby that talks and she LOVES it. She feeds it and carries it everywhere.
Christmas
We spent Christmas with Grandma Reeves, Aunt June and Uncle Jeff this year (we alternate families each year). We made cookies for Santa and food for the reindeer before we left. The kids were showered with gifts and had a blast. We went and saw Santa but they all froze and stood in amazement, no one could speak. Yet, when Santa came he knew exactly what everyone wanted!!!!

Thanksgiving
We spent Thanksgiving in Louisville with Grandma B and Poppy. The kids had a blast with their cousins, Chloe and Angelina along with being at Grandma B's house! The highlight of the trip was when Olivia and Haley went with Dad and Poppy to get their new cowboy boots. This is their early Christmas present since we will be at Grandma Reeves house for Christmas. Olivia picked out hot pink metallic ones while Haley's are metallic blue. They LOVE them. Olivia had a riding lesson and wouldn't wear her new boots b/c they could get dirty and wouldn't be sparkly any more!

Happy Halloween
Halloween lasted for a week! The girls had a party at school, church and trick or treating around a friends neighborhood. Needless to say multiply 3 kids x 3 night = a mammoth amount of candy! We poured it all out on the floor and they each got to fill a little tin. Jason took the rest to work.
We went to a friends house Halloween night and the dad's took the kids around the neighborhood. Haley was Ariel(b/c she has red hair too), Olivia was Belle and Caroline was a ladybug. They all looked cute but had to wear clothes under their dresses b/c it was so cold!!!!

Big Girl Bike!
Wednesday, Jason and I spent the day with Haley to celebrate her 4th birthday! She got a new bike and helmet. We took the kids to the park for Haley to try out her new bike. She did great and loved it. Olivia was so encouraging and cheering her on "you can do it, just go a little faster". We definitely looked like a parade, hard to believe next summer we will have 3 bikes to watch when Caroline starts to ride!
